New patients may self-schedule appointments online but these appointments are tentative until confirmed by the office by email or phone. Please allow up to 24 hours for confirmation.

To avoid the $30.00 cancellation fee please be sure to provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. You may do so by email (doc@sankihealth.com), text or voicemail (505-340-4919) or by logging into your client account in the ClickBook online appointment scheduler.
